Capora Fintech Private Limited is a fintech company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India. Our primary service is a credit score improvement platform offered on a monthly subscription basis. As a secondary service, we operate as a Loan Service Provider (LSP) as defined under the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, 2022, facilitating referral of loan and insurance products offered by our regulated partners.
Capora does not lend money, disburse loans, underwrite credit, or issue insurance policies. We are a technology and advisory platform. All credit and insurance products are provided solely by our RBI-registered NBFC/Bank or IRDAI-registered insurance partners.
To use our services, you must:
- Be a citizen or resident of India
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract
- Have a valid PAN card (required for credit bureau access)
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during onboarding
- Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from availing financial advisory services
Capora's core offering is a monthly subscription that provides:
- Regular credit score monitoring and tracking from licensed credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF Highmark)
- Detailed analysis of your credit report — identifying negative factors affecting your score
- Personalised, actionable credit improvement recommendations (repayment behaviour, credit utilisation, dispute guidance, etc.)
- Month-on-month score progress tracking with visual dashboards
- Alerts for significant changes to your credit profile
- Guidance on disputing inaccurate entries with credit bureaus
- Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our platform before purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of first activation
- Payment is collected via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking through our payment gateway partners
- You authorise Capora to charge your selected payment method on each billing date for the duration of your active subscription
- We reserve the right to revise subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification
- Failure to pay on the billing date may result in suspension of access to subscription features until payment is cleared
In addition to credit improvement services, Capora may, with your explicit consent, refer you to its regulated partners for personal loans, business loans, home loans, life insurance, health insurance, and general insurance products.
As an LSP, Capora's role is limited to assessing your broad eligibility, matching you to suitable partner products, and facilitating the introduction — all further processing, credit decisions, and disbursements are conducted exclusively by the respective partner.
Capora earns a referral fee from partners for successful lead conversions. This fee is borne by the partner and does not result in any additional charge to you. This arrangement will be disclosed at the time of referral.
All loan and insurance products are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective partner. Capora is not a party to any loan agreement or insurance contract between you and a partner.
By subscribing to Capora's credit monitoring service, you provide explicit consent for Capora to fetch your credit report from one or more licensed credit information companies, access your report periodically for monitoring and analysis, and display your credit information within the Capora platform for your personal use.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs
- Notify us immediately at support@capora.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- You agree not to share your account with any third party
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
- One individual may hold only one active account on the platform
You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our technology systems or credit data
- Use the platform to access another person's credit information without their consent
- Misuse credit improvement guidance to manipulate credit bureau records deceptively
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law or regulation
Capora's recommendations are based on general credit principles and your individual credit data. We do not guarantee:
- Any specific improvement in your credit score
- Approval of any loan or insurance product by our partners
- Specific interest rates, loan amounts, or insurance premiums from partners
All content, trademarks, logos, technology, algorithms, and materials on the Capora platform are the exclusive property of Capora Fintech Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Credit score data is sourced from credit bureaus and Capora does not warrant its accuracy — any discrepancies should be raised with the respective bureau.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capora's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including any loss arising from reliance on credit improvement recommendations or referral outcomes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified via email and/or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
